GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. As of 1 January 2015, foreign Buyers residing outside the European Union who purchase goods for no less than EUR 55 at a UAB “Brasa” showroom are entitled to reclaim value-added tax (VAT) on goods exported from Lithuania. The refundable amount consists of VAT, minus an administrative fee.
2. VAT refund services are provided by UAB "Global Blue Lietuva".
3. Upon leaving the EU, the tax-free form must be validated by customs no later than the end of the third month following the month of purchase.
4. Persons residing within the European Union are not eligible for VAT refund services within EU territory.
