PAYMENT METHODS
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. Payment for goods purchased at UAB “Brasa” showrooms may be made in cash or by bank cards, including VISA, VISA PAY, VISA Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, and American Express.
2. Payment by bank transfer may be made as follows:
2.1. Based on a pro forma invoice prior to the collection or delivery of goods;
2.2. In accordance with the terms of a duly signed purchase-sale agreement.
3. For shopping carts where the total value of goods and services does not exceed EUR 10.00 including VAT, an administrative fee of EUR 2.50 including VAT shall apply. By confirming the Purchase Rules, the Buyer agrees to the application of the administrative fee as specified in this clause and undertakes to pay it to the Seller. In the event of a refund, the administrative fee shall also be reimbursed if previously paid by the Buyer.
4. The Buyer is required to pay 100% advance payment for goods ordered as special/custom orders and for products manufactured to individual specifications.
